Hi, I’m Vanessa — a wildlife and pet portrait photographer based in North Vancouver, British Columbia.

Growing up on the North Shore, I’ve always felt connected to the forests, mountains, and wildlife that surround our community. Photography became a way for me to capture that connection — the quiet strength of a bald eagle, the presence of a black bear, the personality in a dog’s eyes.

My work focuses on authenticity and natural light. I aim to create images that feel powerful, honest, and timeless — whether I’m hiking at sunrise in the backcountry or photographing your four-legged family member.

For me, photography is about patience, respect, and capturing moments that can’t be staged.
